Thread: The Red Woman Blues

So I wrote this like last night...in response to a makor event in my life. Its the blues so its been pretty much made to be depressing...but here we go with my bit.

Red Woman Blues

Woke up in the mornin'
Feelin' so alone
Was so alone
It was all in my head,
even was baked right in to my bread

Went to bed late that night,
No woman to hold me tight,
Just one big empty bed
with one alone head

Feelin' suicidal
Takin' away the pain
Ain't got no woman
Ain't got no change

Woke up in the mornin'
Feelin' all up dead
Fillin' the room
Right up to the bed

Still ain't got no woman,
Feelin' better off dead
Still alone in the bed
I wander off again,
Sleep in my head.
