    Closing my eyes to the real deal
    the true of the matter
    I won't be in his heart like the other
    I won't be with him wihout him thinking about her
    I will never have his heart to myself
    I will never be there to touch him
    Like you did to him
    You will always be one step ahead,
    and you know how to say your words.
    Leaving me all touge twisted. Not able to tell
    Him how much I want him

    Because I will always be second best.
    Yes I know what I am and I closed my eyes to it
    I made myself believe that she didn't matter
    Even when you cried over her, and I was there to hold you
    When you loved another than myself, and I was there to help,
    and helped you when You mourned, but I could never have you.

    I can't have you now can I?
    even thou I have your hand, but I don't have your heart.
    I hate being second best.
    So I will leave, and I won't think twice
    It is best this way. For you and for me
    You won't have to lie to your heart, and I won't to mine
    YOu won't have to say words you don't mean.
    Just because I love you. I don't want to make you love me.

    I want none of you pitty, or your mercey.
    Right know. I just want you to be happy, but I know I can't

    I wasn't lying when I said I love you.
    I was always there loving you, but I could never get close

    very cool poem reave and i love this point of view
    i mean to love someone just so you want feel lonly
    is lieing to your self and the other person. And i think
    love as you explained is sort of compliicated but
    can be delt with if the opertinuty presents its self.
    but theres no right or wring answear unless you make
    one up.

    Oh!!! that poem of yours seems to have so much intense emotions, that is expressed by your good choice of words and style.
    just be careful with the spelling, it is also essential in a poem.
    you have your own way with words ^^

    Rave man the poem is awesome and deep! It has a an intresting twist to it, but it captures the true emotion of loving someone, but them not being able to love you back because there heart belongs to another! Oustanding!!!! Keep up the good work Rave!
