And now, with the poem:
Slap, Slap
I go around this forum site, looking for some threads.
But all I get are topics that have ALREADY been dead.
Or..
If this is not the case, there's one topic always spoken of.
The site gets flooded with poems about loving, or being loved.
Or dying or crying
or wishing and hoping
or sighing or eyeing
or scolding or moping.
THEN there are those special members, who just LOVE to make me twitch.
Their stupidity isn't contagious, they just need to go die in a ditch.
Ah, let's not forget about those special people who feel they're "IT".
With paragraphs among paragraphs, giving statements they feel are legit.
And then there are those members. Who just wont quit -
sending insulting PMs because they have no life, or
asking you to join a site
GOD sometimes I wish these people die.
Don't ask me. Because I wont say why.
BACK to the topic of this poem - the little wonders of AO.
Like sigs entered in contests, that just make you say, "Woah."
Haha, this poem is getting pretty rediculous
but I need to get it out..
I'm SICK of all the poems
about being "depressed" or being "in doubt".
And I'm sick of all these threads that come up just because;
No purpose whatsoever, raising post count is what it does.
Oh, and how can I forget the idiots that post lyk this.

Oh, and of course there are those lovely members
who overdo the smilies.
^As if that's necessary.
And those who post one liners. What the hell is up with that?
I'd rather be sitting at home, licking fur off of a cat.
Than reading THAT.
There's so much more that I could say, but unfortunately
I must stop.
Because if I go on any longer, your eyes are sure to pop.
The summary of this all?
Well, it's as simple as White wine.
No matter how bad things can possibly get,
I'll still be reppin' Anime Online..

*The purpose of this poem WAS because I was a little upset about a few things.. but I took so damn long in writing it, I lost interest towards the end.

Even though it is stating what I already know, this is still quite humorous. Just beware that the poem might rub some members the wrong way. We don't want this to be a flame bait now do we?? Anyways I think you could improve upon itsome visual aids that imply other members would make it humorous...

Ok, back to the topic for me (I just had to say I'm sorry)
The poem has a lot of anger in it and still it's very cool and funny... I hope everyone reads this and feel a little sorry... A great work, I always admire those who can put any feelings in a poem like this...

Haha... Original and hilarious! That was one hell of a verbal slap to AO.
But.. Be easy on those of us with depressing poems... I know for some people (myself included) AO is the only place where its acceptable to get those feelings out. And when feelings of depression are held in... Oh the damage that could cause is irrepairable.

Very funny! ^_^ I like this poem. Lots of ranting on stuff that's totally true. Although--and I may be one of these people--writing about love and depression is a pretty normal thing. Love and sorrow are two of the biggest emotions a person can have; and without either of them, you're not really human. I do agree with you about the smiley overload too. It's ridiculous how people think that putting one measely sentence with about 1,000,000 smileys is gonna have any affect on how people are gonna react to their posts.
My rambiling aside--Good job! ^_^
