Smile For Me... So much beauty
Underneath this.
I blew the dust away.
And now I'm taken back by what I see.
All the strength
It took to find...
The diamond in the rough.
Now everyone else just smiles for me.
How can I smile?
When, afterall...
To him, this diamond is just a clump of dirt.
They say Im blessed.
That I should smile.
But instead I can't escape from all this hurt.
What is happiness,
When you're alone?
Why should I lay my head against an empty pillow?
If you're a lonely soul,
Can you have a home?
Other than sitting underneath a weaping willlow?
I can't get over it.
Just accepting it.
My bed of roses.
Which to him is nothing more than a steaming pile.
I should be happy,
So they say.
But I'm trapped here.
If he won't take me, I see no reason to smile.
How can I smile?

Words are just a way to express something. As humans we have such a pallet of emotions, so colorful. Words are just the brush we use to paint them with. Whats really cool is when someone else can hear\see your words, and feel all the colors with which you paint your heart out with.
