Sometimes everyone needs to shout out a little.
Break through the ice. This words so cold and brittle.
Sometimes the only way to find your inner peace.
Is to scream it! Throw it!
Exploit it. Show it.
You've held it in. Now... just release....
AAAaaaahhhhh!!!!!!
In a world where its safe if you "bite your tongue."
Let it all out. Even at the risk of being hung.
Doesn’t matter how you look, as long as your voice is heard.
Or you'll forever go unnoticed, like their whispering words.
Because everyone out there has to scream. Has to holler.
Cry your emotions. Yell wisdom. Bellow your fear. Roar power.
Sometimes the way to fix it, is to let it break apart.
'til your voice is faded,
And your pains eliminated.
No use in letting it sit, and just weigh down your heart.
I find a good way to allow the negative to detach is to
Yell and Scream it! Throw it in the air, then snatch it..
... then ChooOOke!
I let it loose! As if there’s no one alive who can stop me.
Take a crow bar to some sh*t, maybe go deface property.
Sure, I could just write a poem. Or write it down in a letter.
But, when I can see my destruction. That just makes me feel better.
So I shout!
... Not Ever Again...

oooh peach I know what that feels like
sometimes the emotions just keep building
wether from anger or dispare
but it makes your throat so tight
the best way is to release it in a scream
