    Post Change: Hana- kimi fanfic

    Mizuki decides to go home. She doesn't tell anyone where she is or anything. She leaves one thing for Sano and Nakatsu. Mizuki hates herself for leaving like this, but has to. Why does she truley leave? Is it because she can't handle it anymore or is it because of some major problem? Find out soon...
