I liked this poem but I have a question
Was she scared of being on stage...was she happy she did not suck at dancing... Why was she so happy that she cried?
Stage
A ballerina performing her dance
Looking statuesque in that stance
Fluid movements captured by her feet
Draws in amazement from the seats
Rhythm flowed within her heart
Making it impossible for any eyes to part
Looking at the grace that exceeds almost all
She outperforms everyone in the hall
Each step and swirl in precise detail
Catching the attention of every male
With that smile that dazzled the crowd
Lowering herself, she then bowed
Applauds followed with screams of cheers
She was overjoyed with streaks of tears
The roses spread neatly across beneath
As we heard the ending of the guitar riff
She whispered her silent prayer to god
For the strength to break free, she thanked lord
Too long was she held within her cage
Till she found salvation and refuge on stage

Mr. Fangs
Well, it says that she's "overjoyed"(4th stanza,2nd line), so well that's why she cried. >.> Maybe that line was a bit weird, I admit.. I used it cuz "tears" rhymed with "cheers" xD But thx for the comments guys ^^
by reading this am actually able to see the ballerina on stage crying and receiving applauses(thats a good thing
)
