State of being.

Here I sit--alone.
It's dark and quiet here.
There's no sunshine,
no happy little trees.
I can see the world outside,
but the world can't see me.

Here I stand--patiently.
Looking for a sign.
A sign that says that I am
loved, pointing to the one
who will be mine.

Here I am--empty.
A hollow shell of a man.
On the search for someone
to make me whole.
I wander aimlessly
across this land.

It's so sad and so true...

it has good meaning but i think there could have been more detail and length.other than that this poem is great.gj!
