I'm all warm inside to see you feel moved XD

Maybe I'll find inspiration to write something that doesn't rhyme, but that's longer next time :P

EDIT: Kedar, didn't see you there, recieves poke with all due appreciation and thanks.

*Feels suddenly inspired enough to raise next poem to soon enough...but not quite enough to know when it'll pop out of my mind.*

    Re: Tales of renewal

Well renewal is usually meant to offer new things not yet shown, but I consider a link to the past an important thing as well, to renew the old and better the present somewhat.

So till I wake up completely, here are a few of my oldies for now:

    Thoughts of completion

A love as foul as a hollow love,
Thinking of survival and not of another.

Thinking of joy in the arms of another,
Letting go of all the pains of the past and seeing life once more.

    Young moralities discovering new things,
Moving and learning with growing curiosity.

Greed and wealth bringing destruction to all,
Preferring shining gold to a beautiful civilisation.

    Fantasies that grow within everyone,
Shown by others to help lost souls find new meanings to the word love...

    Fast Temptation

Looking back on the time of day,
When the sun rose as my eyes opened suddenly.

My thoughts were running wild with ideas,
Of the things to do now and for later on.

The environment near me was of no importance,
Things to do kept me occupied day and night.

The next morning the same ideas put differently,
Rushes through me as the daylight appears in my vision.

All turns and turns every place I go,
No one can stop and neither can I.

As time passes in my life,
Nothing can take me away from my overflowing thoughts.

My abilities diminish as I grew older,
But my routine kept me going on and on.

Finally one day I just couldn't keep up,
I saw daylight for the last time as my eyes would barely open to see my life ending...

    Darkening peace

Engraving minds following dreams of the past,
Doing what they must as do programmed machines.

    Having no past nor future,
Lonely the present shows them the way.

Games of high people destroying the lives of all,
    Killing uselessly and without discernment.

Some decide to change things and try to make things better,
But the high up people discards this species of people to keep their power.

Forever and beyond the story repeats itself,
Will there ever be an end to all this slaughter?

    One of all

To desire one thing erases all that is around,
Nothing is left but the wish to have that one thing.

Things that we care about are precious and should be taken car of,
But looking at one thing and neglecting everything else could be dangerous.

Imagine yourself staring at a precise point of the universe,
That point may be wonderful except you may miss an even greater point if you only stare at that area.

Life is the same in every way,
Doing one thing and not finishing another can cause consequences.

Caring about one person and loving this person to the fullest,
But forgetting to listen to her desires can spell disaster.

Finally of all that is and all that can be,
    Work often comes before fun.

I hope that's enough to keep you busy till I return, cause I have some mass cleaning to do....*looks around room and sighs*. Cya :P

    Re: Tales of renewal

    Tantra
    Revolved upon a single reason,
    Life remains untouched by treason.
    Opposing forces combine willing.
    Meeting each other forever destruction.

Harnessed in a single will to exist,
Brought about by an endless list.
Encompassing within all that is living,
Existing or not there is no distinction.

    Bewildered within a signle mind,
We all remain a step behind.
Moving along what may be threatening,
    Realising the inexistance imperfection.

Note: Just watched two strange movies and an anime qutie light hearted. Movies: CAnnibal Hollaucaust, Cube Zero.
Anime: 3 episodes of Slayers where we finally meet Gaav in second season.
Try to make sense why this writting came in my mind? Cause I wanna know :P

P.S.: Sorry for the double post, but no one commented and I wanna keep writting so since this is sort of a writting compendium, you could make an exception XD please *begs on knees*

    Re: Tales of renewal

What kind of tutoring? All that I write is or spontaneous, or I try to make things rhyme in any particular order..........no clue how to teach that, watch lots of movies, read lots, speak with people, think a lot on your own, write anything that comes to mind and well...experience things that are emotionally intense...

If you want a more specific explanation, I can try, but I'm still far off of anything formal as to how I write things that people like...I just try to write something after living any kind of experience, think a bit on a subject that encompasses what I'm currently feeling, put that as a title, think about the title, start writting with words that follow the meaning of the title and mix in what I recently experienced, would it be feelings, thoughts, things that linger in my mind, others that surround me, my state of mind and anything else. Afterwards, I simply write on till there is a way to end the subject, but now I'm limiting myself to writtings as long as I just posted in present time, longer ones demand much more feelings and well, a state of mind very special, like when I was in love, or when I broke up, or when I had a very good day, or when I watched an inspiring movie, or etc....

Now I did watch very special things, but I guess not enough to do something bigger, quite tired too so that doesn't help. Euh, practice helps, but its mostly inspiration and the desire to express yourself that helps the most. When I write, I think of nothing else than what I'm writting, trying to remain true to what I have in mind, search for any secondary inspiration to make things move along, search the new or other quick access places to find words if they don't pop immediately in my head, which rarely happens. So well:

    1. Don't force yourself to start writting unless you really want to and are determined to end it no matter what.

    2. Let you mind wander off on anything that can help, sometimes letting your mind clear up so that you can see a clearer image of where you wanna go in your writting.

    3. Concentrate on the writting and not on trying to write, try to brainstorm something to get hooked on for the theme.

    4. Start writting and don't stop or take too much of a pause or else its no longer spontaneous, unless you really want to research every word, make everything rhyme and have a sense to near perfection, but that isn't necessary unless you consider it an absolute must...though I've never dwelled on a writting longer than maybe half an hour maximum...I think.

    5. Once its done, re-read it once or twice to make sure it seems inspiring and well built. Change a few words if you find them too out of place, but don't go changing the whole thing unless again you want perfection.

    6. Don't be afraid to post it after your done, just let it in the frey and be ready for any kind of relfections people may have on it as there will always be someone that will not like it, or consider it stupid...believe me, its not fun, but if you really put effort in it, be proud and that's that.

    7. Finally, notice how the crowd reacts and change accordingly depending on their reactions. IF you wanna keep your style, keep it, but if you wanna experiment, its the best way to find something better or just try something new and see what happens.

Well, I hope that's a bit clear....hopefully....usually I'm not too good at explaining how I work while doing things, but hey, never hurts to try XD

So that's that and wish you all a good night sleep and very sweet dreams AO :P

P.S.: Thanks for your appreciation elie26 and if ever you wanna discuss more about this, my Inbox is ready to receive any PM from anyone with a question, or anything else

    Re: Tales of renewal

    Searching

    Beyond words of all meanings
Beyond the lands that are comfortable
Beyond the life that is my own

I search for who I am
I search for the world that I am part of
I search desperately a path to follow

    Behind those endless cliffs
    Behind those faithfull curtains
Behind the eyes in the mirror before me

I run accross an endless grassland
I run acrross the thoughts within
I run within the me that is lost

    Returning to that faithfull day
Returning to the past long gone
    Returning in a life unchanged

I ponder about those around me
I ponder about my closest friends
    I ponder endlessly in myself

    Letting go I must do
    Letting go is my goal
    Letting go without a doubt

    Evading the inevitable
    Evading the breaking point
    Evading my true self

I try to make my stand
I try to create a difference
I try harder than ever before

    Soon the time will come
Soon the life I desire will set in
Soon me desires will be true

    I look straight ahead
I look up in front of me
    I look at myself

If parts are hard to read just highlight, kinda chose randomly XD

This isn't like the other things I usually write, but hey, have to try something differet from time to time...
