True Love

A single moment when two lovers kiss
hope is born for a new beginning all worries
are cast aside as they embrace the twilight
and face the doubters.

Pedals on a rose gently caress her face
as he leans in and kisses her , the moment
forever captured in her heart , love can not
put into words what the moment leads to.

Tears fall down her cheek , he holds her close
not letting the fear of being alone take her , a
sweet embrace from him and a silent sigh from her
makes the moment perfect.

Things crumble and fall , people die with regret
everything seems so wrong , nothing seems to make
since how can things be so amazing in a world that
always looks on the faults and lies that make the world
turn so slow.

For a moment there is love and there is hope maybe
that will be enough but no one really knows , in the moment
there can only be us and thats what makes everything seem
better , love for them makes the moment seem tame and thats
all that matter.
