Days pass by,
still don't know why I love her,
know it's long gone,
through it all,
all else wrong.

The world passing me by,
self inflicted cuts to show what I went through,
blood on the blade,
a pain that can't seem to fade away,
two years of tears.

Sharing my fears with you,
a song to remember a memory,
please let me be alone,
alone in this,
with the walls closing in.

When a memory stabs me in the back,
lost control of everything,
lost it long ago now the world seems more black,
so long ago,
still it's with me through the days lingering in my head.

I want it dead to breath new air,
new air to live in,
a new era to be in,
not the corning walls that make,
me want to give in.

Life is full of sin,
but yet it's natural to be ourselves,
we got our hard times,
yet we try to stand tall,
even though we best it all.
