This was the first poem i ever wrote i just found my copy and i thought to share it with you

Breaking through the sounds of night,
a shriek that laid my soul bare.
A flock of birds all take flight,
as i viewed what happened there.

A long and gruesome battle fought,
Between good and evil, light and dark,
a rend in earth no steel had wrought
a scar were once there was no mark

Two titans laid in bundled heaps
not a single move made by each
what i saw my mind still keeps
though to God remove it i did beseach

A solitary wing bloodied and torn
I did spy across the valley floor
as i reached it i stopped to mourn
a broken angel at death's door

Very nicely done! I love how this was written with that fantasy feeling to it. It tells a long story in a short amount of time. ^_^ At the same time I'm wondering if this was written about someone, or if it was just out of thin air. Either way, it's very very good. Keep it up!

Really good for a first-poem-ever-written... My first ones are in the level of kindergarden (and I wrote them when I was about ten already).

This poem is really interestesting and I love the way it's written... very nice, but... it's a lill confusing, I didn't understand what exactly are you talking about- it wanders between reall and fantasy too much... my tired brain can't follow it. lol

Still I really enjoyed reading it and I'd be really glad to see more of your works... ^^
