We were so close together,
We declared our love for each other,
I couldn't wait to see you each day,
You missed me when we didn't talk.

I enjoyed the sound of your sweet voice,
You loved looking into my eyes,
We held each other close each day,
Exploring each other.

But there's a gap,
Silence rings through me,
My eyes searching for you,
Your sweet, beautiful face,

You lefted without a word,
There's no ending to our story,
The lights have gone out on me,
The play is unfinished,
There is no Romeo and Juliet.

I walked feeling light,
But that missing weight,
I do not want to feel,
I've gone cold without your warmth.

Where'd you go?
Did I wrong you somehow?
