Whisper
Trying so hard to whisper in a world that just so loud,
You cry out for someone to love you yet no one hears.
Alone and broken you form you own imaginary world,
Expecting everything to be perfect, yet it reflects nothing.
Love that once flourished around you now buried by hate,
Consuming the heart that once beat so full of life and made you.
Now an endless sea of greed and jealousy forms drowning,
Your once soft hollow cries for help from remorseless pain.
Faced with a new darkness you continue your hunt of vengeance,
Never looking back to see who or whom you have left in your wake.
Familiar faces now look like murdered victims because of you,
Knowing that you taken the one thing that mattered most to them.
Forever remembering your whisper that no one heard or cared for,
You to turn into the devil you’ve become bringing turmoil everlasting.
The change in which you’ve accepted so freely made you a victim,
Cause you are blinded by your own selfish ambitions all because of a whisper.
It's been a while since I written a poem due to my writer's block, but I hope you all enjoy it and hopefully it's not to painstakingly terrible!

elie26 you are absolutely right! This poem is about gossip and the person I'm describing does take revenge and become one of those people himself who likes to gossip! Most people don't usually get my meaning, but you got it dead on!
This poem is really interesting, serious and dark... I enjoyed reading it and it made me think about lots of things... the only thing was that I had to sit and think alitlle bit about what I just read to understand the thought, but maybe it's because I'm sleepy...

Well you just begin to learn that there are people who are fake and they what they say they stand for is the complete opposite of what they actuallyd do! Thank you for the wonderful compliments Lasura!
Thanks for the compliment Hellknight and I'm not that good to make a book! lol! Just someone who enjoys writing and expressing my thoughts through a different form other than my singing!
