O’ Sabastion, my love and life,
blame not yourself for I’m free.
I‘ve died not in strife,

A faint whisper through smoke and flame.

Her words kiss the night,
as her body ashes away.
Ambers of a innocence light,
as her flesh turns gray.

I scream her name into the sky!

O’ my love, my deity,
look what I’ve done.
If only I saw with clarity,
of a new risen sun.

I speak her name as I begin to cry!

How these sorrowful tears,
can’t avert your woe.
All our worst fears,
we’ve come to know.

I pound my fists into the soil!

Damn it all,
Why’d this have to be,
It’s my fault,
you endure this misery!

I weep through bruised hands.!

These shackles shall break,
and vengeance will fall.
For my own hearts sake,
I’ll heed your last call.

I curse this cell as I growl!

Curse these chains,
and damn these walls.
Bars of shame,
and blasphemous laws.

I shout to the gods!

Why deny my fate,
oh god of passion.
You dare entice my hate,
with mocked intention.

I fall to the dirt with tears of pain.

O' cursed is me,
and fate deceived
Blind, I will no longer see,
until the gallows eve.
