Writer's Ambition

Writers Ambition

Constantly blocked by thought of reality
Inspiration tries to run through my mind
My pen begins to move and words start to flow
Words and phrases pieced together to make a poem

You never see me out there doing my own thing
Only at home with my book and pen
The only thing you would begin to think
Is poor boy all he does is work

Each line laced and formed with my emotions
In hopes of trying to execute each line perfectly
Keeping and open mind for new thoughts and ideas
Comments and critiques come from each one of my peers

From thought of lost love to poems of joy
To feelings of darkness and words of grief
Every second spent searching my mind
With the dream of ambition as my guide

I had some help from my buddy fma1012 on this one and I just want to say thank you for helping me!

Hmm. I like the subject of the poem. the wording could have used some rhetorical devices. Other than that? Good job.

are made and how you put it in your own words is very

Thanks for the comments Bro and Kasai! I truly appreciate it and Kasai I tried to write this one without a rhyme scheme and I think that you are right retorical devices would've been fine in this.

Nice poem you got there Bluefox1! Thats exactly the same as what i think when writing something,the whole poem itself are completely related to each other...

what up i am a new member and i guess i can get straight to the point. i am looking for sword of the berserk DVDs. i am in San Diego and i can't find none of them. i need all seasons. But other than that fee l free to reply with anything else. PEACE!

Awesome job i love the title it is so good, and the wording is off but other then that it is good.

Thank you Pride_Edward and 3x3ninja for you awesome comments! I truly appreciate them! I figured the wording was off, but it was to late to really change it, and my goal was to write a poem with no rhyme schemes in particular, but I think that they would've helped out.

Hey I just became a member, I am in San Diego and I am looking for anyone with info about where I can buy Sword of the Berserk the series from. That is a good poem as well. Sorry for posting this twice I am not to comp literate and it took me a second to figure out.
