![]() ![]() ![]() Credits: 125,196 | Writer's Block! Writer's block is such a pain. All these words are racking my brain. In front of a blank page, I complain. The lack of inspiration drives me insane. It's like an invisible wall made of steel. I run in to it most when I write what I feel. It would hurt like hell if said wall was real. The wall won't budge, so I take a break for a meal. Food didn't help, it just made me tired. Were I a professional writer I would get fired. Such a sad day when a writer, who's usually admired can't produce motivation to stop being uninspired. "Maybe a square will help lift the block." So I go and have a smoke, but it only clouds my tought. "What was I writing about?" ...I forgot! Days like those make me want to rot. I wouldn't call myself the most gifted. And I know that my vocabulary has a limit. The Limbo of writing--yes, I'm trapped in it. Hey! Look at this poem! I guess my block is lifted! ^_^ |

I had made about four attempts to write something today and after the first stanza of each, I would delete it and start fresh. So, I'm thinkin' to myself, "Writer's block sucks AND blows!" Then that's how I got the idea to write this. Beleive it or not, it took me about two hours to over come my block and write this one! ^_^ Anywho, thanks to both of you for your comments and support! I appreciate it! It's good to know that even my poems about not being able to write poetry are liked as much as my sappy crap. LOL. | ||
