The year is finally over
But something’s missing..
You

All this time I was
watching you
even though I was close
I felt so far away

I always had the courage
to say I love you
but there was always another

even though I had the guts
there was always.. always
apart of me that was afraid
that you would reject me
and think I wasn't good

I had always known
since the day we met
that I loved you

And as ling as you were near
I was a little bit happier

And even though there might be someone else
Your face will always be there

I shall never forget you
And the year that has gone by
