just wondering something how come i dont have permission to view the wallpapers

I haven't gotten around to viewing all the rules and such so far, but basically all I've been doing is browsing. A lot of this site is based on the amount of time you spend on it to be able to do some of the things. You can edit your own profile and probably view others also. But as for tech support on why you can't view certain ones you might be better off PM'ing the moderator or checking out some of the turtorial forums.
