My Intro.

Hi! I am sakuraArainstorm and I'm new in town, in case you couldn't tell :p1:
I live in the US with my boyfriend, and I've been watching anime since I was about eight or nine. Then I found out about manga when I was in middle school, and now I read way more manga than I watch anime. There are several reasons for this, but it's mostly just because I like to read a lot more than what's probably normal, lol.
CLAMP and Nobuhiro Watsuki are two of my all-time favorite manga-ka. Their work inspired me to try and learn Japanese, but, sadly, I am a slow learner and failed miserably, aside from giving myself carpal tunnel trying to learn how to write in kanji :(:
My list of favorite anime and manga includes Digimon Adventure 01, Rurouni Kenshin, CardCaptor Sakura, and Noir. I also love Pokemon but prefer the video games and card games to the anime. I am currently watching Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal and Death Note.

It's nice to meet you. I discovered anime and manga in high school too. I'd like to learn Japanese too, but I doubt I'd be any good at it. I hope to reply soon (not many people do).
