I live in the US with my boyfriend, and I've been watching anime since I was about eight or nine. Then I found out about manga when I was in middle school, and now I read way more manga than I watch anime. There are several reasons for this, but it's mostly just because I like to read a lot more than what's probably normal, lol.
CLAMP and Nobuhiro Watsuki are two of my all-time favorite manga-ka. Their work inspired me to try and learn Japanese, but, sadly, I am a slow learner and failed miserably, aside from giving myself carpal tunnel trying to learn how to write in kanji
My list of favorite anime and manga includes Digimon Adventure 01, Rurouni Kenshin, CardCaptor Sakura, and Noir. I also love Pokemon but prefer the video games and card games to the anime. I am currently watching Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal and Death Note.
I hope I can make friends with all the wonderful users and mods here, and thank you for reading my introduction
