Just sit down and think. Try to think of what you're feeling at the moment. That always helps for me to write.

Oh,but I did write something in my journal.I was just thinking about what 2 write and I kinda wrote a poem in it lol I hope that was okay 2 do.

Yup, I just wanted the members to write about anything. Once I get all of the writings in, I'll make a thread for critique and comments on that workout/practice.

Hmmmm,well I was a bit confused about a few things.Like some of the ways of writting you were talkin about.But I think I kinda got the hang of it lol.
You could ask,it's up 2 you really.Since you are our Leader and all.
