But isn't it up to you as staff to show a higher level of maturity in the face of disrespect? To act as childish as the members deemed ban-worthy is silly at best, hypocritical at worst. I realize that mods and admins are human beings, and get angry when treated badly by members. But that's the price you pay to be in charge; not everyone below you will agree with all of your decisions, and some may even challenge or berate you for them. The adult thing to do would be to deal with such situations rationally and objectively, not emotionally and certainly not with bias.

I would have to agree and the bitterness you have for me I do not think you should let it mess up your professional work either. Don't take it out on the site you take it out enough on me.

I'm going to close this thread now. I think we all know what is required. I think gren sums it up well with the above post.
