that was a quote from teh DA when a person who got a ticket sued the cop. the cop won.

2. Justice is a complex social system that starts when everybody minds their own business and allows everybody else to mind their own. The system extends into correcting an instance when somebody ceases to mind their own business - such as when a thief steals from a store, because stealing isn't a socially accepted business and must therefore be punished.
