yup...
the government in my places was and is like that. Eventhough in past they even more scary than now.

And justice is really hard to do especially when you had to do it to your precious family/friends.

The Mafia probably does a better job of keeping the community safe.

Lets face it, Justice is code for "We have power to do what we want and there's notyhing you can do about it"
