It is IMPERATIVE that you read the previous posts or at least a couple of the previous posts before you join an ongoing discussion.

I've had enough with answers that seem to come out of nowhere and disrupt the flow of the conversation.

I posted it in this forum because it's especially hurtful to debate/discuss threads.

As for what I will do, I'll give infractions to people who clearly don't follow this rule. Sinistra forbade me to ban right away unfortunately.

I'm telling you people that you don't have to read ALL of them. The last 4 or 5 will do.

It's just that I despise people who read a thread title, hit reply and just post their opinion. If the thread already has multiple pages you had better be sure that you're following the conversation.

No you don't have to read all the post maybe the previus 4 or 5 before you post so you know what the topic is about.

Threads change topics. It happens and it's not always a bad thing. All posts are pretty much spam in on form or another, including this one.

You're right about the spam in this thread. It's gone.

But some of you don't seem to get the purpose of what I said.
I'm not preventing the natural evolution of a forum topic but I'm saying people need to start reading the previous posts in a thread and stop posting rubbish which disturbs the natural evolution of a debate/discussion.
