i know i like to debate about god but i read the demon thread and i gave me another question i just had to have u guys' opinion on =P

I though it said in the bible that angel were perfect but they are how did demons(fallen angels) come about? I mean it was supposed to be Lucifer rebelled against god because of his pride in his perfection. So in the angels' perfection they are flawed?!! So does that mean angels and demons are the same thing just on diiferent sides of the spectrum?

I'm not religious, so I am quite ignorant on the topic. However my opinion is that in the Christian scense that sounds about right, after all one extreme cannot exist without the other.

yes the demons that the bible talks they are allso named angels
and angels aren't perfect the only perfect beeing is god
lucifer was only the most beautifull and sparkling angel
he began to think of himself as the equal of god and as all of those who do that he was punished *and he has fallen into pride......god punished him and threw him into hell.....and falling into the deeps of hell he realised that he isnt perfect*

Close that is very good explanation but their is definitely other things aswell but we don't know what the are and diobedience is one aswell.
So what ever happened is that Lucifer the most beautifull one was very proud and felt he was better and like said equal to God and wanted to share everything with God and he had followers that actually believed that he was like that so yeah him and all his followers where banished from Heaven.
So yeah Fallen Angels is angels but on the other side.

Angels and demons are the same thing. Angels are the entities that live with god. demons are fallen angels that live with lucifer.

i think that no matter hard we try to be perfect or lead a very christian life there is always something that will tempt us and because we are not as strong as Jesus then we are more likely to stray. For it must be like that with fallen angels. They them selves can choose what they do if it is holy or not. For some they are tempted by pride and greed, two that are kind of strong (in my opinion).
