    A.Ballet Fine Art
    B.Modern Dance Fine Art
    C.Ballroom Dance Fine Art
    D.Latin Dance Art
    E.Bellydance Art
    F.Burlesque Art

When I hear fine art, I think of classy art. Everything else is pretty much an art because its all entertainment.

    A.TV
    B.Stage
    C.Community Fair
    D.Restaurant
    E.Night Club
    F.Weddings
    G. Private Parties

^ I think these are all art.

    A.TV 10
    B.Stage 8
    C.Community Fair 4
    D.Restaurant 5
    E.Night Club 10
    F.Weddings 5
    G. Private Parties 5

Just about anything can be considered an art, in my mind at least.

Could any of you be so kind as to explain to me what most people mean when they say are and fine art. What is the difference? Philosophically I know many of you have just stated that art is a loose term that could apply to anything but if you had to give me an example of an art verses a fine art what would illistrate that? Keep in mind i am not nor have ever been an artist of any sort.
    In my opinion.

The difference between just your typical (applied) arts, and fine art, is of whether of not its stimulation... Or practicality.

the art used in interior design; The structure of your furniture; The layout of your website; Is all more apllied arts.

While something more tangible, hands on, and something that can intellectually stimulate bot artist and viewer... Those are more FINE arts.

As I was trying to say above however, is there is also a huge a huge overlapping gray area.

    C.Community Fair (A)
    D.Restaurant (A)
    E.Night Club (A)

    G. Private Parties (A)

    3. What do you consider a performer to be on a scale of 1 (absolute amateur) to 10 (top professional) if they perform primarily at the below locations:
    A.TV (10)
    B.Stage (8 and above)
    C.Community Fair (6)

Art is a form of expression that shows what kind of person you are. It can be anything (as aceman said) and it must be personally fulfilling, and beautiful to whoever is performing the art.

    THE RULES!

I'm on my grind in search to find whats on my mind, its one of a kind!
