that an interesting way to look at it. and that pretty much my way of thought except i think it better to go a bit further back cause i'm not sure if ur saying the chicken or the egg came first.

well i'm goin to say that neither came first originally. what came first was the materials to make up our molecular carbon bodies. so i'm goin to say that the molecules came first then the bacteria that was created by the various gases and electrical energy.

also bacteria doesn't lay eggs, it just splits so i'm goin to say that the chicken was first cause the bacteria is a completely developed cell in it entity where the egg isn't. and the bacteria would then have to mutate into a multi cellular organism before any egg or something similar can be made.

so to simply put it bacteria = multicellular organism (begining of chicken) = chicken and there is no eggs really involved in any of this so yea. chicken came first in a sense.

Evolutionary, the egg came first. There have been eggs since the existence of the early fish, amphibians, reptiles, and dinosaurs. Way before the first appearance of a chicken.

I'd say egg as well. You can't have an evolutionary change like a chicken before giving birth I.E. hatching that chicken. It's just illogical to think that a product comes before the creation of it. It's like opening a can of soda, where'd the soda come from? Was it just made? No, it went through weeks of creation at the soda factory until it was hatched or opened and enjoyed.

Why do you say the egg came first Silver? When you have to have the chicken to hatch the egg and a chicken to lay the egg.

Tecnicly you cant answer that question because it goes aroung in a circle. chickens are made by eggs. eggs are made by chicken. and on goes . but to solve this we'd have to go back in time and see which one did come first teh chicken when it evolved or did it first come out of an egg ohhh yeaa

I would agree with Spin Da Ish. Its just a question that loops depending on how you see the situation. A bit like is the glass half empty or half full. It all depends on the person and their perception on things.
