are you kidding? for one thing a 10 year old would (generaly) have a hard time raping someone. and for another, you aren't an adult till ur 18, b4 that it is the parent's fault if the kid is a delinquent.

yea but a child knows right from wrong as they grow. i mean and yea it's crimes of 10 yeart old raping. but do you think they should get death?

Yes, and that is a sad statement indeed. It says something about our societies that children can commit crimes that used to be exclusivly adult.

indeed, this world is coming to an end and soon, kids have gone out of hand, espicially those with no adult training or supervision, all i can say is God Bless America

I'd blame the parents. Parents are getting lazier, and expecting their kids to grow up faster so it can be more convenient for them. That, and the media, with their re-enactments and shit. We're all gonna go insane, then destroy ourselves if we don't get our shit together.

Now, calm down before this gets out of hand. Anyways, yes it's just sad when children does rape and all that. They shouldn't get death penalty, but there should be a lesson taught if you ever did that again...Well I'm not sure because I'm confused about the world right now O.O!

Everything sure is getting out of control. I see a lot of teens my age getting pregnant at my school and I read in the magazine that a girl got killed for getting pregnant. Murdered by her ex-boyfriend's friend. Such a sad story. It gets me mad too because I see that my friend's parents seem not to mind if she goes out with her friends and then comes home LATE! That's just careless...

I'm just saying that parents should be more responsible for their children because if they did anything that's "adult crime", it's their fault.
