I agree Deo-chan. Many of the prophecies in the bible have come to be, because the bible is true!! No it won't have one hundred percent accuracy miro-chan, but it isn't a rule book or fact book. It is merely a guide. People who wrote the bible were God's followers who wrote down jesus' teachings... It is a guide for us sinners..

Yes it is possible and He did. As you say the majority of the prophecies have become true and there are many more to become... Even it was written for men it was inspired by God.

@Miroku: There is a lot that we cannot explain from the bible but that does not mean that 'cos of that the bible is pure BS. No. The bible is not fully revealed and yes there is a lot of interpretation about it. That's also why the Word is applicable to all eras.
It is hard to understand and even harder to swallow... that's why most of it is believing by FAITH.

Come on you honestly believe we all came from two ppl., the earth was made in like 6 or 7 days, and all the species of the earth fit on nohas ark? Evolution make much more sense.

I'm a follower of evolution. I can not see myself following something that there is clear, concise evidence to the contrary. How can you say evolution is not real when there is fossilized proof? I am not saying that there is no God, I do not know whether there is or not and neither does anyone else but to say that there is no evolution is just something which just sounds ridiculous to me.

The time of God is not our time. Who said the days were 24 hours?? You might say that's BS. Well, the OT has a lot a holes in it. I ask those questions when I was a kid... We don't know how many time were adam and eve in the garden. it does not specify time. They were eternal beings. They became mortals after the fall. Plus, because of what God says to Eve "I'll increase the pain when you give birth" It makes me think that Eve had had more than the s two sons that the bible registers. The author of Genesis refers to the creation timing maybe cos He thought that was the best way of explaining it. Again, the time of God is NOT our time.

Right, just because you believe in evolution doesn't make you an atheist. No matter how life got here, god still could have created it, just not the way in the bible.

That's where I will agree. I know a lot of people who believe in god and evolutionism at the same time. Does it mean the bible could have some false info in it, sure. I hope that doesn't make me less religious for saying it.

I believe in Evolution of species, I believe our ancestors where related to monkey's etc etc. The big bang theory, is interesting, but I don't think we have enough prove - maybe one day, we will be able to see clearer.

I find it hard to believe in a book. The 'bible' written by man. Any one could have written it, and anyone could have picked it up and started believe in it..

I'm not saying that there is no god, but I don't believe that we came from adam and eve - I believe we evolved - there is too much hard proof for it. And it's going on around us now.
