I think its fine alot of people think that the forests are vanishing but theres actually alot of forests and stuff but now and days most are man made I don't really think it effects us much.
Umm they're cutting down ancient forest that will take hundreds of years to grow back. Lost of habitat?
If they can replant the bloody trees then why don't they just have a huge tree farm and use those trees to wipe our asses with instead of messing with our ancient forest? Plus they are just gonna replant trees that they would find it useful for manufacturing so technically our forest will never get back to how it was before. AND they will cut it down again anyways.
Monoculture will kill the soil if you didn't know. Don't know about planting trees.
Its because a tree farm would have to be fairly large and we don't have that space so we have to use the forests around us then replant and do it all over again its true that we do cut alot of ancient forests down but if we don't we wont have the necessary things for daily life.
The amount of time to grow a tree is long thats why we recycle so we don't have to cut as many trees for every new wood related products.Quote:

yeah i guess i would use recycled toliet paper inorder to save the trees. Cause after all we need trees to breath..
Even recycling wouldn't help because of how many people don't care, we can't really change how we cut the trees down.
Dang that stinks...unless we make a law were if you cut down 1 tree you plant like 5 in its place.. then it would probaly work.Quote:
