It's not the fact that we should use something other than paper - it's just that we should be using recycled paper - not wood from an ancient forest.

These "sustainable forestries" are what some people might called monoculture which is unsustainable. We are cutting down all different types of plant species and replacing it with one species. Not all animals can live off that one plant, infact if your talking about insects, some only breed on the one type of plant ( like some butterflies).

We are totally destroying biodiversity

Hahaha. =P Instead, why not just clean yourself [thoroughly] with water, and use a towel to dry yourself. Good plan, no?

it depends on the amount of water used to get the butt cleaned and also the cost to wash the towel. it may cost more u know...and further more you to get ur hands soiled with faeces rubbing the ass with H2O...

At least we can safe more trees. ^m^ I wonder how they compare... Water + Towel [=, >, <] Paper.

Ah, you will have to clean your hands with plenty of soup of course.

We are talking about milliong of dollars here. Well we should come up with other ways to solve this issue for example, use banana tree leaves to clean your butt.
