Dating: older man/younger woman VS. younger man/older woman - Page 2

I currentyly have a crush on a man 12 years my senior. I'm 25, and he's 37. I honestly couldn't see me being serious with a guy my age. I just feel most young men arent ready to take on what I'm taking on in life.... unless they've had the chance to live through their "wreckless" years.

I've made decisions that have sort of froced me to grow up in ways... Or at least I'm at a point where I need not digress. And I should have someone, idealy, who is MORE mature than me. Someone to keep me on my toes. Thats just how ~I~ feel about it though.

one youh 20 it doesnt matter. like you said its up to the two individuals in the situation, truthfully sometime you just meet the right people that are just older or younger but everything clicks so who's to judge on something good?

Age shouldn't matter anyways if you truly love each other and bring out the best in each other age is a small issue.

Hehhe alot of ppl think that it's better that men are older than women in relationship. I say it's they are happy then it is fine. I actually perfer older guys but that is my taste, some people like younger people ( btw I am not talking pedos >>)
So I think either way is fine as long as they are commited to a good, healthy relationship and omg I sound like a old person >>

I do not see this as a big problem to myself or my friends, since my friends are almost getting ready to be married young with older women that truly like each other with respect and being able to stick together as faithful couple's.

There should not be some problem to what people say about this topic, and it will not be fair to those that are against it. Anyways on what you asked so far is really conveniant into letting other know what the big idea is, i apologice if i am heading towards the wrong direction in my word.

Hmm... You may be right, but i truly think that there are always opposites in the views of others that think is not a good idea. Although this thread is really positive rather then having it on the negative side, which does makes perfect sense for me to simply agree with what others are saying, sure thing that there are older man that are dating young women. It does not mean that much to us, but for them they are truly in love with each other, while on the other hand there are other people. Which is young men dating older women that are highly affectionate with each other as well.

well i personaly whouldn't date a person more that 5 years yunger than me and 2-3 years older... but everyone has his likes and dislikes so it isn't really my decision on who people date and stuff

Age shouldn't really matter, the youngest i have ever dated is 7-8 years younger than me and the guy was mature it just so happens that he had to move away and a long distance relationship was something we both didn't want. As a womane/girl as long as he guy isn't a minor i'd date him just so long as he proves he's worth it.
