I support. Is there any way to scare the murderer, drug dealer, rapist, etc, etc other than death penalty? I dont think so. The law should be exist, cuz just jail the criminals wont affect other criminals...

Im for definely for but just in murder's case because if no one has right to take a human life, so no one should do it, but if u did in that case u deserve to die!! i know its kind hard to think like this, but every day lot of innocent ppl die in murderes hands and thats not right...its really sad!

I would say that I'm aginst it mainly because if you kill someone well you are just as bad as the guy that committed the crime.
Besides you should forgive someone for wat they did the worst punish ment is locking them up for like there whole life.Plus if you kill someone that someone could have made a diffrenc inthe world and because you kill the guy well that person wopn't be able to make a diiference.

For it. If you murder someone, than the same happens to you. Depending on the circumstances behind it, painfully. All of the forgiveness crap would mean nothing if they killed your brother or sister. Or maybe your son/daughter.
