im aggants because people should rot in jail and im for it because if we dont have it the jails will get overpopulated. so im kinda of in the middle.

I'm pretty sure our jails are alread overpopulated, so I don't think the death penalty works anyways.

I'm for the death penalty. Eye for an eye, life for a life. A life sentence just means the murderer has a place to sleep every night and he knows when his next meal is coming. May not be the best of places, but it's a damn sight better than what his victim(s) got, which is more than he deserves.
