Disabilities
Hello everybody, I got a question for you guys,
Do you think that people who been born with disabilities shoud be treated differently from any other human? Mainly, I think its wrong that people do that. I mean they might already feel bad enough without somebody saying, "O i'm so sorry I didn't know that," and not being comfortable talking to them after they find out. So what do you think?
Thanks lifeforce! (:

Re: Disabilities
No, I don't think that anyone should be treated differently. Anyone with disabilities cannot help it and it is not right for anyone to treat them differently from everyone else. That is probably the one thing they want the most to be treated with respect and understanding. It is wrong and cruel to discriminate anyone for reasons they cannot help.

Re: Disabilities
It just matters what the disabilities is if it some thing like dyslixia (reading disabilities) then no they shouldn't. Now if it is something like downsyndrown then yes.

Re: Disabilities
i think thats just stupid, i mean what was different with the person before u found out. i mean like they where the same either way, whether u found out or not. and then acting all uncomfortable about would be just plain out rude, cause ur acting like its a disease or its not cool or watever u want to say about it.
but yea i don't see y something like that is a big deal. i mean the person/personallity never changed so y should u?.

Re: Disabilities
Yha but you don't understand I mean I can understand if it some thing like a reading disability or something close to like that. Now if it something like downsyndrown they need to be treated differently now most likely your going to know if they have that disability like that. Its not that I'm saying that there any differed from any one it just they need a little exter help.

Re: Disabilities
In high school there were two twin brothers that had the same disabilities, I don't know it was but I really didn't care, being confind to a powered weal chair for the your whole life is bad as it is. I was thanks to an accident on cruches for four mouths and every one was nice or a jerk, nice because they didn't change, jerks because they made fun of me. Any way of being disabilite is a pain even if its for for mouths. So to answer you question yes it is wrong to treat people differnt that have disabilities.
