Like Ghattenpaw said, "Race" can originate from the Country it was originally from and also people look at it as skin tone. Also, some people DO uphold traditions of marrying and doing "things" with people of the same "race".

So as I say it, when humanity disappears, race and religion will. Until then, nope.

Ahh.. well then.. Im a dark fellow... but why do i call myself a half chinese? Look at my uncle.. he is pure chinese but he is dark skinned... why i never say that he is a Malay? ^^ Well as you said about having race from a country... i clearly said before that there wont be any "pure" ones left after marriages with different races and other cause of factors... some would even change their race and we wont even know.. lol ^^

Just by having white skin does'nt mean you are a caucasian.. or that you are black skinned means that you are a black people... ain't that true now? ^^

Well that is true... but there is still many types of tribes and races dissapearing fast... one tribe in every 3 days.. they estimated... especially small tribes from africa and other places... I bet eskimos will be gone soon... people will look at them as either another chinese or japanese person... lol ^^

all of it will as you said "vanish" in one point in time. This is for the earth to tell for it is what humans live off of. If the earth "runs out" well do you think thta all humans would "vanish" and that all takes down all the humans ideas and hopes. But for it to vanish with the humans still alive then thats a harder thing to do for it has been rooted into the humans by our parents going back. For if you want to truely destroy a race then you would have to destroy all humans.

Of course not, that's why people who hail from China or Japan are usually under the "Asian Race". Whilst people from Europe are mostly "Caucasians" - Just like most people who have white skin.

No race will never disappear because Humans are very diverce; also if you think about it, having many different racial backgrounds is very good as it allow for a very wide range of genetic diversity which allows us to continue to grow better and stronger as a species on a genetic level.

No religion will never go away and quite frankly I really hope it doesn’t. I may be Roman Catholic but I also respect other cultures religion, as the fact that a cultures religion reflects their society, their way of thinking, their art, and who they are.

So people who argue over who is better because of a race or religion are complete and total moronic idiots as its diversity of race and religious culture is what makes Humanity strong and interesting. Those who see it as a flaw and is wrong are nothing short of ignorant and small minded people.

but if you think about it race is tied into all humans... since there is alot of "breeding" going on in the world manny of the races have parts in all over the world... so to truely destroy one "race" you would have to mostly destroy every human...

My contention: I can foresee substantial progress regarding this matter if a vast majority of the human population marches closer towards enlightenment, realizing "self", and attains a higher level of consciousness.

Maybe what we need to think about it the fact that we ALL live on this planet called Earth which makes us one "Race" earthlings (or human whichever ever you prefer). So in order to lose the race we would all have to become extinct.

we, as a race, would fall.

religion is our earliest form definite structure, the basis of our morals. without its teachings we would be heathens upon ourselves and destroy the beauty around us, however persistent it is in conformity and strictness.
that is, in fact, the reason why many choose oppose against it. they seek uniqueness and a greater sense of an independent self. however, you can see that even in people who have freed themselves, there are fragments of religion. they wish to answer to no one and find it absurd that there may be such a being as any god. all seeing, righteous. but i find that petty and vain.
they do not senselessly kill or steal and cast not undue judgment where it does not belong. these things, these commandments, have been ruthlessly imprinted into our very genetic makings that if we were to simply banish religion and race, we would not know what to do with ourselves.

is it truly bad though, to seek comfort in a merciful father? why are we condemning ourselves to the blackness of simple nonexistence after death. we are frustrated with the gods we have made and therefore place the blame on the entity and not where it belongs.
with us, the humans. to reject a god is to hate it. and why hate it? because it never came through when you needed it. there may be fate or only coincidence, we can never know this time around.
but isn't it better hoping that we will, one day, know?

though it seems hard to understand, religion is the one thing tying us down to goodness. you may not attend church or believe in a god but you understand and have cultivated your own code of morals which will guide you through you life to where ever your end may be.
