Well women can dress like a slut and some women just try to look like one, they are just disgusting.

But other women just like to wear clothes which some men might find ''to sexy'' and makes them think about crazy stuff.

Some men use that as an excuse to touch a girl, or even go further then that.

True some women wear too much revealing clothing and in turn are just inviting men to explore, but that does mean that women are completely at fault. Even girls that are modest about their clothes are still victims of rape.

Rapists have very deep seeded mental and sexual issues. And probably were raped or touched as children. Or they had parents or signifigant others who made them feel sexually inadequate. (What do parents have to do with that, you might ask... Well, some parents make fun of thier kids for not having a girlfriend, or will pressure them to do things they don't wanna do--physically)

Either way you look at it, women are not to blame. I can control my urges, why can't they? I'm a man, and you don't see me raping every woman in sight. OH!!! Another good point: Some rapists will pick women who they feel are submissive or just plain weak--like they know that the girl fighting back won't do them much good.

It's all about closure with yourself, controlling your urges till the right time, like married. Sex before marriage is worthless. Anyway, no butchering into that now.
Men should control their urges, because if they're so masculin and take things under their manliness, they should be able to control their temptations ass well.
