I watch TV for entertainment, not for commercials. Can it make an impression on you? Yes. But brainwash? meh, not really.

I don't watch much TV. Now my kids on the other hand can't live without it.
They can't seem to go to sleep without it. Makes me wonder how troubled their sleep really is with that thing on. I believe that TV is very brainwashing and most of the content is not suitable for young viewers.
