I have heard many theories on this, read many books on this, etc. I wanted to know how everyone else thinks the world will end. Implosion? Explosion? Nuclear war?

I suppose this all depends on whther your religous or not. Some religions have rather interesting beliefs reagrding the end of the world.
Personally, I think the world will end in a very interesting fashion, namely with global, natural disasters. On a repeated and regular basis. I'm not talking '2nd Ice Age', what I mean is volcanic eruptions, tornado's, earthquakes, Tsunami's, etc. Everything that we've seen a fair amount of in the news over the last few years. This is the way the world will end, literally tearing itself apart.

and all the proof you need of this world ending is
floating in space with all the chunks of dead planets
that look like rocks earth will be like that too one day.
so i dont see what the big panic is because the evidence
shows all planets die and this planet will too.

The world may become so polluted that no one can live on the surface, then we build domes or underground cities. The Matrix won't happen, nor will Sky Net launch pitting man against machine.
Humans will exist until the next step of evolution occurs and humans are classified as something else. I know I'll be bones and dust before the world ends.
yeah, im with mech on this...the end of the world aint happening anytime soon so who cares. we have off shore oil drillers to protect against big bad rocks...god aint coming back here...or his son for that matter...and if the sun does decide to run outa fuel, we could always try and move the planet to a nicer sun in the next system over...
