Although i now have no respect for you what soever for you last statement. It obliviously shows that you have never been in a suitation in which someone you love is dying a slow painful death and you can do nothing about it.During suitations like that(Unless that state otherwise) every day is precious. There is nothing selfish about wanting to live
If someone is on the verge of death then it should be their decision if they want to end their suffering or live till the end
I don't think euthanasia is wrong if it's for the right reasons. If you're running out of money becuase someone wants to live a few months longer via chemotherapy that's just them being a greedy coward, the best thing to do would be to save your family the cash and let them die in peace ready or not. But there are some intances where euthanasia isn't the best of the decisions and in some cases cruel and heartless. For instance there was an occurance a few years ago of a dog being hit by a car, a police officer decided he didn't think the dog would make it and shot it in the head, bagged it and sent it off to the mourge. Well two hours latter the dog was sitting up and it made a full recovery from it's injuries. That's one example of a wrongful (attempted) euthanisation, but maybe not a very good one lol.

Death is your most loyal companion, for he will never fail you.
