personally i think fireworks should be legal. however we alway have to account the minority of ppl who will do something stupid with them. although even if we ban them, they will bound to found some way of getting there hands on them. so i think we should keep it legal, and hopefully teach them some common sense cause if u look at it this way. no matter what we will try to do we can never stop them from getting them.

and also even if we put age restriction on it, kids will still be able to get them... just like anything else like alcohol and tabaco goods. sure we could put as many law and restriction as we want, but when it comes down to it can we really enforce these laws and rules? in the end, all we can do is try to teach some ppl some common sense, but i'm afriad that, that is a losing battle.
