No never. He knew he Judas would do it. Even thou they all said they wouldn't. Judas at the time thought it wasn't him. Jesus knew, but he never said that. He told them all that one of them would betary him. I hope this was on topic.

First of all, science isnt exactly 100% true. For all we know, the analysis is completely and utterly incorrect. We just cant be too sure. Plus, being over 1500 years old, and after going through numerous translations, it is very likely that the information could have been tampered with....... there are just too many issues on the credibility of the codex......

But putting that aside, did Jesus order Judas to betray Him? Or in this case, obey him?

Well, an easy way of finding out is to die and see if Judas is in heaven or not XD

But why did God come to the earth in the first place?

Besides making believers out of people, performing miracles, molding his disciples...... the main reason He came here was to die for us.

God already knew that it was eventually going to happen.... He was going to be nailed to the cross and save the world from certain eternal damnation.

Judas was God's instrument...... another person that he used to fulfil his great plan, just like Mary who bore Him, pharisees who rebuked him, and the disciples themselves. Technically, Judas was "obeying" God's ultimate plan.

So who cares if God ordered him to do it or not? He was going to do it anyway! It was all laid out there, a path for Jesus to take, to sacrifice his life for us all.

Jesus said love your enemies, and also Judas is an apostle of Jesus.....
Jesus who is very kind, didn't show anger to Judas but, he makes it more close to him.....

I think that yeah Jesus told Judas to betray him, the other gospels don't put it that way because it would affect Jesus image to the Christian people. This might sound out of topic, but scientists have discovered that Jesus didn't walk on water, but on ice!!

I am sure that it must be very interesting and all when i have seen the documentary i will make my 2c contrabution.
According to what i know about Judas is that he wasn't ordered to do it but God knew that he would and that is why the say God knows what is in our hearts and therefore we cannot deceive him.So what i am saying is God knew he would sellout Jesus and God let him because it was part of the master plan.
So i will comment later again.

the Gospels describe Judas as someone who is very greedy, especially in terms of money... so he accepted the bribe of the high priests... that's very human, i suppose... there's no doubt about that...

God knew it even before it happened... and yes, i believe it was all part of the master plan - redemption & salvation... if not for Judas' betrayal, most likely, God's plan will never have been done....

Sure I mean this info is open to intereptation. I mean It could mean a completely different thing. But for Jesus to do tht I suppose tht would fall under the Da Vindic Code. I mean to do tht and preach everything tht he has done is something of an achievement to get everyone to believe him and his teachings. I personally would say anything till I meet the Big Guy up there above the clouds.
