Well, I'm a christian & I say it's a sin, I quote,"For thy man whom to lay with another man hath to be punished by flames of Hell".
How god made us? He didn't make us gay, loving the same sex is a choice of which or whom you are stimulant or attracted to.
~ Everyone has a choice, If he made us all equal, would'nt he make us all "GAY"?-_-

i think its a sin to be gay , lesbian , bi , or anything else for
that matter but with how the world has accepted thing as they
are the sin has become a lifestyle a favorite quote from a song
i like is thought this is just how i see it perceptions
change and so do people hell who knows maybe 50 years from now
gays and lesbians will be a sin again and not acceptable then again
it could be something that could affect the society as a hole more
than it does now.

god did not make people gay or lesbian not at all it was a choice
full of thought and intent if god made them that way then they wouldn't
have been hiding on that *closet* till a few years ago becuase those that
were knew it was wrong but with how people were becoming bold
with new ideas gays and lesbians got a voice though it was an insignificant
voice at the time but it has grow alot since then which is sad but that's
just how things are.

i accept this and have no problem with it but still it is a sin though
people seem to think it isn't , i mean if you think about it why would
god have destroyed sodom and gomorrah if he made people to be gay
lesbian or anyother thing that is acceptable now? its a free choce
and god isnt going to stop what you choose even if its a wrong choice.

Actually, i dont think that now the world has accepted gays, the just started to hate them. Back then homosexuality was very common. Especially in greek times, it was very common. Even soldiers had homosexual relations. Many legends, mythms, and Greek stories have a Hero who is bisexual. I remember though my history teacher telling me that back then men only thought of other men as just for fun, they were more serious about the women though because they would be the ones to bear their children. So i definitely dont think the world is accepting gays, its just turned their back on them alot, especially the western part of our world.

I believe that homosexuality is not a sin. I myself am not homosexual, but I believe that everyone should have the right to love whom ever they choose. For example: different race relationships. Even though it does say in the bible homosexuality is a sin, I do not believe it is. This may be because I am not christian I am a self discoverer, but I know christians who believe it isn't a sin so yeah.

As for the whole dealing with your situation. I have been in the same situation, but I wasn't upset because I despise my ex, but that's a different story. All I can tell you is just to accept it. I doubt it was your fault he is the way he is. It's just a process in which you have to learn to deal. If you need someone to talk to I am here for you. It's been, wow, a long time since I posted here. Sin itself is defined by your religion, and is more or less a religious term. If we want to talk semantics, yes, homosexuality is a sin by virtue that some religions view it thus. Asking whether homosexuality is wrong or not is a completely different question.

I do not believe homosexuality is wrong, as I don't think it's a choice. Given our social climate, I find it hard to believe anyone would decide to be gay. What's more, it's been occurring for pretty much as far back as written history goes, including cultures where shunning was the very least they would do to you if they found out your secret.

So, to sum up, nothing 'made' him gay, just like nothing makes you heterosexual. You simply are. He cannot be fixed, nor should it even be tried because he is not broken or abnormal in any way. Continue to be his friend and support him. I have a feeling he's probably freaking out more than you are.

My point is that we are all man is equal, & is given the equivelant choices we make today. Nothing can choose for you, but yourself. People are gay by choice. Have you found my logic? Srry to be so abrupt.^_~

Homosexuality is wrong to us Christians, but for the opposing veiwers, it's just a normal calmanic.^_^

Rofl, homosexuality is a choice? So you mean to tell me that millions of people CHOSE to be ridiculed by society and by their peers and by their family? Because that is what happens to almost every homosexual. I know several homosexual people and none of them chose to be that way, they didn't wake up one morning and say, "You know what? I think I like guys now and not girls." Homosexuality is not a choice.

I'm going to assume that you are heterosexual, did you choose to be that way or was it just natural?
