Everyone has right to have opinion of their own, but when you say that it's up
to society to deside if it is sin or not where you think that society got that idea?
Well, in bible they said that God destroyed Sodoma...but why he doesn't destroy
all homosexuals with his power and might?
Cos' I don't want to start another meaningless debate about "God" I just drop it
but as for reminder for you all there is one more thing for me to say.
When you decide what is a sin and wrong think about this...

If someone truly loves someone, from bottom of his/her heart, does he/she
really think that it's wrong? If your sister/brother or even your own child
would come to you and tell you that he/she is homosexual, would you start
blaiming he/her as a sinner? Maybe some of here would...
I can't speak for all of you, but one thing is certain, after you look deep
into your own heart and ask the right question, none of us would do that again.

exactly; it may be a sin according to the bible, but soically it doesnt affect them.

miroku said it doesnt feel right to most people; well, it doesnt really have to do with them. its not like gays are forcing straights into homosexual relationships.

in fact, not allowing gays to be gay would be the same thing; forcing them into something unnatural and unframiliar to them.

Personally, I think homosexuality is not a sin.

Many people take the text of the Bible into a very serious context which is not how it was originally set up to be.

The Bible is merely a set of stories and guidelines which encourages people to be kind and accepting during their lives.

Therefore, saying homosexuality is a sin would be completely hypocritical to anyone that claims they are "Loving Christians" and disrespect the gay culture.

P.s: I'm not an Atheist, I'm Protestant and also I'm not gay >.>

Lot (Abraham's nephew), his wife, and their daughters were the only good people left (but, like I said, I think Lot was a bit questionable . . .). His wife, who was born in the cities, looked back and was turned into a pillar of salt, according to biblical lore.

No it doesnt have to do with them, but society determines if it is viewed as normal. I was just trying to show her it aint viewed as normal. Not yet anyway.

I don't think that homosexuality is anything close to being a sin. If that is the case, then having an affection for anyone whether sexual or not would also be a sin. I don't particularly understand the feelings that a person gets for one of their own sex but I don't have a problem with the people that partake in said actions.
