I think about 180 and over is fat. it's just too large lol

Everyone has a body build that there born with. So you have a certain shape to your body , correct. So there is your usual girth and than there is abnormal girth. But only set to your body. Not to everyone else's. I have a natural lean muscular build. And i know when I am not at my usual size. So you cant size up a person and say there overweight. Unless there seated with two chairs. But giving out a wieght that you think should be healthy to everyone is not right. You also have to put there height into prespective. Difficult and long debateable subject!
