Thoug, that would be a bad thing, what if they (clones) declare war on their creators, that would freaking bad!.

That is a very sound possibillity. It might greatly help reduce the occurance of war but it might also cause them. Other countries have enough reason to start war with our nation. Goind against god and creating life ourselves would be a very serious offense to many countries, especially the super religious ones. And as TalentedDavid put it what would stop them from turning on us? They could be there to stop war but they might start one with us. Just because you were born or "created" in America, sorry if anyone is not from here this it just an example, doesn't mean that they will have any loyalty to us. They might hate our country just for the fact we created them to do our dirty work. The best idea would be to use robotics. We have the technology to create AI to fight if we put our mind to it. Though a terminator future doesn't sound much better.

Well we already do have automated defense and assault systems (i.e. smart missles, motion/heat sensing turrets etc.) so I guess humanity should just stick with that for now. And with all the new weaponry and technilogical enhancements the military is creating I guess creating cloned super soldiers rules out as an unpractical idea compared to what we're already doing.

I dont think it is OK.... There should be only one creater..... We humans might just dig our own grave....

i think its worng because people will clone dead babys and stuff like that.

Cloning is already happening out there . The problem is not cloning itself but the way you will view the "clones" I mean they are there own person. At least in the begining they will be , because Clonaid hasn't been able to perfect the seperation of memory . So what if they weren't made the "natural way" They still are people. It can't be a 100% copy . So what makes it a perfect clone? A small detail in difference , makes it different from the original. So it pretty much becomes another person.

That's very true. It would be another person. And the reason why it shouldn't be done. We wouldn't be saving lives. Merely killing different people.

Also a previous post said it would be alright if we used their parts to help us humans...

If we can clone humans why not just clone the organ parts?Stem cell is a good start but cloning may be better

And instead of spending money on clone tech, why dont we spend it on making the countries and city a better place? War is annoying, and having cloned humans could let us have another war...

Actually we don't spend alot of money on clone technology. It is mostly supported by private organizations , the researchers own money , or filthy rich people who cannot have kids and want that option. We could clone organs , and it is being done. The point is that they want to move on to doing a whole person. Actually , they are already working on about 11 so called "patients.
