As long as they mention that there is very little testable evidence for this topic, or scientific community support, or the fact that there are no significant papers published in the well known scientific journals & publications. As long as its a 'truthful' comparison, I don't really see an issue... However, if its biased towards ignoring the known facts, then it shouldn't be allowed...
Not if it's mandatory. Public schools are meant to prepare students for college, not preach to them. We have parents for that. If the school had an elective "Theology" class, or something similar, that would be fine, since it could be used as a tool to prepare students for religious majors in college. Otherwise, I know I certainly wouldn't want to hear teachers start preaching to me.
