It wouldnt kill anyone to just add an molecule to a chemical substance. It would drain you but it wouldnt kill you. When you use that much energy you get what you call a grey out. All vision becomes grey and staticy, you hear in slow motion and you get a headache. You brain isnt capable of using enough energy to kill you.

Ok.. Telekinesis is the ability to manipulate matter and energy. Telekinesis is linked with every other kinetic power. Increase energy causes heat vice versa. Moving electrons causes electricity. heating the air will create wind. focusing photons creates light. moving chronotons creates time. Moving Gravitons creates gravity. What? No it is not fictional, elementals are linked to telekinesis. Heat is the vibrations of particals. Energy causes particals to vibrate. Telekinesis manipulates energy. Equals heat. Vice versa. Humans dont have the brain power yet to make any ice or fire, but still, its possible.
